Facebook Prize Draw Terms & Conditions - December 2025

1. Promoter
The promoter is BARK UK, BARK 30 Old Bailey London, London EC4M 7AU.

2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of BARK, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. One entry per person.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online form and opt in to receive marketing communications from BARK. No purchase is necessary. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Entry Period
The prize draw opens on 5th December 2025 and closes at 11:59PM GMT on 31st December 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a selection of BARK toys valued at £100. The exact contents may vary. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Data Protection and Marketing
By entering this prize draw, you agree to receive promotional emails and offers from BARK. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. General
BARK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this prize draw at any time without notice due to events outside its control. 

BARK x @ranger_goldenretriever Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (Dec 2025)

Eligibility:
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of BARK and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:
• Like the giveaway post shared by @ranger_goldenretriever and @bark.uk
• Follow both @bark.uk and @ranger_goldenretriever on Instagram
• Tag a friend in the comments (multiple entries allowed with separate tags)

Optional: Participants may share the post to their Instagram Story for one extra entry.

Entry Integrity:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, automated, bulk-generated, fraudulent, or in breach of Instagram’s community guidelines.

Entry Period:
Giveaway opens on Friday 12 December 2025 at 10:00 GMT.
Entries close on Tuesday 16 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

Changes and Cancellations:
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of circumstances beyond its control. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal or greater value may be offered.

The Prize:
One winner will receive a curated collection of BARK dog toys worth approximately £50. Selection subject to availability.

Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
 No part of the prize may be substituted, upgraded, or refunded except at the Promoter’s discretion.

Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM by @bark.uk within 3 working days of giveaway close.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

Delivery:
The prize will be dispatched within 7 days of winner confirmation to a UK address only.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.

Data Protection (GDPR Compliance):
Personal data provided will only be used for administering the giveaway and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
By entering, you agree that your details may be shared with BARK solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
